Information you provide
When you request a growth audit, we collect your name, email address, account credentials, company name and size, monthly users if known, website and social links, any additional context, and optional image attachments.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure your client account and prepare a private growth-audit draft. When configured, Google Gemini analyzes the information; otherwise a rules-based draft is produced. A Sentur administrator reviews and edits the draft before publishing; you cannot see engine output or private notes. We send a portal-link email through Resend only after your report is published. We do not sell your submitted business information.
Image security
Images are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Cloudflare R2, which encrypts data at rest. When R2 is not configured, small images are stored in D1. Audit attachments are available only through authenticated admin and reviewer routes. We accept JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF files only.
